His Mediterranean-style dinner includes (clockwise from left): Sun-dried tomato tortillas, some kind of Arabic white cheese that I can't pronounce, tomatoes, smoked chicken breast slices, fresh cucumbers, and his own 'home-made' hummous (the recipe of which is available below).

I love it. Finding this on the camera makes me all warm and fuzzy on the inside.
You'd think, being that we live in the Middle East, that hummous (from any store) would be delicious. But the hummous from the deli at the Carrefour was lackluster at best. William's version, however, is pretty stellar.
William's 'Homemade' Hummous
250 grams of Carrefour hummous
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic
Combine thoroughly and consume.
Honey I used one of those combo Garlic/Salt pre-packaged deals and for some reason the salt added a little something extra.
